last weekend was great.. spend time with the zone at the botanical garden for the mid-autumn Chil out.. we have the different games n competition.. a time of fellowship..even though just a few of us from our cg.. but we have a great time of captian ball, eating n making of lantern..(Thanks to Xenia for cooking for us)
We chatted.. n got to see the rehearsal of the performance at the stage.. :-)
The day is hot.. with the sun burning on us.. but thank God for a good weather.. as it only started to rain while we are going back in the evening.. surprised us was that there is so many people sitting around despite the rain waiting for the performance to start at 630pm..
After a long day, dear n i went back for a shower before going for dinner at dear's grandma's house.. it is a family gathering.. haiz.. we are late again..faint.. :-)
had some chat with the relative n headed for home as both of us are super tired.. esp dear.. havent sleep much..

That's is for the weekend.. the week started ydt.. Monday.. Monday blues.. i was suffering.. as the last day in SI draws near.. i am full of joy.. but now it is like nothing much for me to do.. as no new project. so i am helping my colleague with some costing. From the day that i gave my letter till now, my boss havent speak to me. make me puzzled.. it is like there is no talk of reason for leaving, the job allocation.. i have no idea wat is in his mind.. But as i pondered.. working in tis company for the past 3 years, i remember when i first joined in 2005.. although i was young n inexperience, i desire to try new things n help to improve the way the company function. Seems that that is wat most of us young adult will do.. A change.. as there is so much potential in tis company. But there is no much changes, as the management seems not interested in it. There is no moving with technology n resources. A mistake can be make again n again for thousands of times.. haiz.. Most importantly, i felt that the vision is not told to the people. there is alot of senior in the company that had worked for 10-20yrs. the reason they stayed when they are young is they saw the direction that the company is moving to, the bond n relationship or even loyalty to the boss. But now, there is no vision, no benefit, even worst.. no promotion.. the heart started to be shaken.. but sad to say, the senior are of age.. to move on to a new place is hard for alot of them.. Nevertheless.. :-) Praying that there will be a breakthru for SI..

Was reading sherin's blog.. she was mentioning of wat Pst Tan mentioned before regarding negative thoughts.. I guess in my last 14 days in SI.. instead of the negative thoughts.. I shld pray in a postive way for this organisation.

last week was tough, as my mind struggled with the negative thoughts till i break down in tear.. or should i say i wept badly.. seems to be an emotional breakdown.. haiz.. sound bad.. but i am glad that everything is ok n fine. I need to think postively. Appreciating the people around me - my dear, my family, my friends n all..

Being creative.... Praying for an idea from God..
