Had dinner with xiu ydt.. It has been a long long time since we last meet up n spend quality time together.. we chatted about everything.. shared abt our life.. it was good..Friendship is so impt.. Got to treasure it.. :-) haiz.. poor xiu.. abit sick..(so got to pray for her)
looking at how much we have grown n realising that we are now 20plus.. the next generation.. that will raise up to the calling.. thinking abt once we were just a youth.. excited for the things of God.. now that we are older.. having our own career.. but the fire n passion shld not die off but shld be burning stronger each day.. :-)
Talking abt relationship, setting a family, buying house.. just make all of us have headache..(hehe)
Was reading the book 'rich dad, poor dad' where it talks abt the importance of knowing wat is ur asset n wat's ur liability.. alot of people will think that a house is a asset.. but it is not.. it doesnt bring money into ur asset column.. while it would require u to take money out of ur pocket.. So how. Dun buy house.. hmmm NO!! but got to be wise on choosing the house that u want to stay.. i guess it really change the way i think.. it is like everyone will be saying that it is impt to get a house now.. if not next time will be more ex..hmmm i guess it is true to a certain measure.. but why not build up ur asset column NOW so that it will make money for u.. then with the profit... Use it to buy house n car n etc... Guess it is not too late to start doing so at this age.. (Food for thought)
