Brownie making.. After CG on Sun.. went to dear's house to bake brownie.. hehe.. he tried once few days ago but failed.. i suppose to stay studying while he make brownie.. but the stupid weather caused me to have a terrible headache.. so i rested for a while.. hehe as usual.. a while is like few hours had passed.. when i woke up.. dear was resting in the living room.. :) so at abt 6pm.. we started the making..i decided to study n make at the same time multi-task.. ended up i am too tired to study.. think i can afford for a day of rest..

Let's see what is done.. didnt took a lot of photo.. just abit..

The table lamp.. i used it to melt the butter n chocolate.. it takes super super long to melt.. The chocolate n butter that i metled..hehe look so sinful..
The chocolate is mixed with other ingredient.. which i also dun know what are they.. cos dear did the mixture which is abit cannot make it. it is then pour into the try to be bake.. this is when it is poured into the tray.. Then put some chocolate onto it.

This is with walnut.. It is abit weird shape for brownie.. something new.. But due to the round shape.. it turned out to be super thin..so it breaks easily.

After it is being baked..We then put chocolate fudge onto the brownie.. hehe.. Lack of ice-cream.. rite.. hehe.. It was a success.. not too sweet.. just a bit crispy.. expected to be soft.. maybe the timing for baking is too long...

After eating brownie.. Dear n i went to eat dinner at holland village.. suddenly we felt so full.. think shldnt have eat the brownie before dinner.. We decided to buy ice-cream back home to eat with the brownie.. since dear's mum likes ice-cream.. We went back.. heated up the brownie.. n put the ice-cream on it.. with the chocolate fudge.. it is wonderful..Auntie took 2 pieces... Thank God for the success.. so sad didnt manage to take photo of that with the ice-cream.. Think dear will hold again baking class again.. for making brownie.. then i can take photo of it.. yippee..

Ok.. got to knock off from work.. Got to go back n rest n do some revision.. see u reader..
