finally found time to write...

I would blog my first mooncake making experience.. hehe..

Hmmm.. on Sun 23 Sept 2007, went chenghow's house to make mooncake.. surprising rite.. haha. for that week, i had been eating difference favor and type of mooncake execpt the snow-skin type.. look like no vendor buys that.. anyway..

the session was already started when vin, tina n i reached.. Chenghow's frd Evalynn (sorri if i spelled wrongly) n justin r there already..

Woww. our teacher (Mr chenghow) prepare notes with colour print for all of us.. Thank YOU!!

He had already prepared the dough which needs 2 days before using. Then we started to weight the dough n paste.. after which we started making the mooncake to the shape. Then we start baking it.. hehe the outcome was good.

Then we stated making the snow-skin mooncake. It is our first time doing it.. even for our teacher (Mr Chenghow)... We follow the instruction on the package below..

After making the dough.. it is required to be place aside for an hour.. so we went down n fellowship...

When we came back the dough look wet.. seems like it could work out well.. But one of Cheng how's frd Elstin.. took the step of faith to try.. n it works.. Wooh... all of us got excited n started making it.. Bake it or Frost it????

We tried both.. the baked one was melted.. but the one in the fridge turn out well.. Let's give all of them a big hand...:)
