Went for leader's meeting with Pastor Aries ydt. Pst spoke of the 5 shift that we all need to have in us.
Pst talk about being a minister to leader to visionaries. most of us have no problem being a minister- creating spiritual atmosphere. But being a leader- we develop culture. This shock me. As a leader, wat kind of culture do i want to develop in my CG. Wat kind of culture am i having in my personal life.
The CHC Culture/ the HEavenly Culture.
CHC culture- to love God wholeheartedly n people fervently. The importance of prayer, discipleship, fellowship, evangelism n ministry..
Hw do we develop the culture into the mem.. by empowering them - delegation n team building.
God is indeed in the rebuilding project in our life. Let's not give up or lose heart, allow God to work in us and change us from inside out.
Be enthusiastic & passionate for God. BE FOCUS!!!!!
